Jamaica is a 4.5 months old German Shepherd female puppy from Germany. She was trained in off-leash obedience, which was a joy, as she is very focused and eager to please. I only used motivational methods when training this German Shepherd puppy. Take a look at the result!

What a great dog! She reminds me of of my GSD Stoney when he was that age. He is from imported parents and they look so much alike! I imagine Jamaica is an amazing dog now, great video!

From what age did you start teaching her? Cause I have GS puppy, he’s almost 3 months old, but he’s just acting out.. he understands only when i call him to come to me(half of the time

Great GSD puppy, You are truly one of few breeders in US who know what they’re doing. Keep up the good work.

Very Beautiful German Shepherd, after raising Shepherds all my life and doing my own training I find it rewarding when you have trained your own dog if you know what your doing however some people don’t and should not. I am glad you posted this video to show there is no reason for Force training. Treats and Love is all you need.

Patience, perfect timing, consistency, and a vision of what it is exactly you are trying to achieve will definitely get you great results in motivational training.

Thank you. That’s because she is a puppy and is allowed to lay whichever way she likes.

I have a 11 week old GSD that has been staying with me for the past 4 days. He already has learned how to go potty, sit, come and partly down command.
I am interested in the no leash motivational training. How did you train yours? Can you give some details please?
Thank you.

Very good, but why at the beginning Jamaica is lying correctly, but if you’re leaving then she makes her position wrong?
